    • Industries: Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, & Entertainment

    • Process Development:

      • Quality (Part of the team that won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award at Texas Instruments)

      • Implemented the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for the National Test Facility (Star Wars testing)

      • Designed and deployed numerous program and project management development processes

      • Created, Deployed, and Trained an international manufacturing organization in a common design and development process

  • Entrepreneurial Experience

    • Grew up in a Entrepreneurial environment (Father owned and operated a plumbing & heating business in WY)

    • Married to a serial entrepreneur (5 startups and counting)  - Been there done that several times.
